To complement the espresso and cappuccino bar offerings and new take-out concept, the Sant Ambroeus Coffee Bar menu also features warm pressed Panini, such as Madunina with veal cotoletta, rucola, tomato and Dijon mustard, and Sant Ambroeus’ beloved desserts, pastries and croissants, including Sant Ambroeus’ signature chocolate mousse cake and Millesfoglie, a traditional layered puff pastry with vanilla Chantilly cream. Guests can also enjoy a selection of the brand’s celebrated savory Paninetti, soft home-baked rolls with a delicate crust perfumed with olive oil, and Le Foccaccine, a flaky and slightly salted interpretation of Focaccia. Afternoon and evening hours will also offer a menu of delectable cocktails and wines by the glass. As at other Sant Ambroeus locations, the heavenly sweets and coffee are available for purchase and enjoyment at, or away from, Sant Ambroeus.
Designed by award-winning design firm Meyer Davis Studio, each element incorporated into the elegant and distinct design of Sant Ambroeus speaks to the Northern Italian aesthetic, including the Rosso Impero stone countertops imported from Italy, and materials with a splash of color and movement, such as custom ivory, black and red concrete floors made by Villa Lagoon to complete the crisp design. Sant Ambroeus Coffee Bar at Loews Regency glows with polished stainless steel accents, including the dazzling custom designed light fixtures, perfectly highlighting the fashionable environment for which Sant Ambroeus is renowned.
