Sant Ambroeus Paris brings the spirit of Milan to the heart of the 6th arrondissement. Designed by Fabrizio Casiraghi, the restaurant blends timeless Italian elegance with Parisian sophistication - warm woods, soft tones, and signature Sant Ambroeus marble. The all-day dining experience features Chef Iacopo Falai’s refined Milanese cuisine alongside French seasonal ingredients, a pasticceria counter serving classic dolci and espresso, and a lively bar offering Italian aperitivi and cocktails. Opening December 2025 on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.
