The coffee bar serves addictive cornetti, famous gelato, and homemade cakes and cookies.

The restaurant’s formal dining area showcases a menu of Italian dishes, curated by Chef Iacopo Falai, with an emphasis on Milanese cuisine. A section on the menu is dedicated to pasta, featuring dishes such as Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe and Fettuccine alla Bolognese. In addition to the Sant Ambroeus classic appetizers, there will is a seasonal Verdure section selected from local farms, as well as local meats. Fish offerings will range from Sogliola di Dover, flown in from Normandy in the western part of France, to Branzino from the Mediterranean Sea.

The classic style of Sant Ambroeus meets its uptown clientele on Madison Avenue, creating a true neighborhood meeting place with a mixture of Milanese tradition and New York elegance.
Guests will discover an extensive collection of Italian wines paired with the authentic, fine specialties that Sant Ambroeus is best known for – the traditional Milanese risotti and cotoletta alla Milanese.

The espresso and cappuccino bar remains an institution with its addictive cornetti (Italian croissants), famous gelato, as well as its cakes and cookies that are baked on site.

Originally opened in 1992, the Sant Ambroeus restaurant in Southampton has recently been reimagined by designer Robert McKinley.

The interior dining room is furnished with ivory leather banquettes and iconic black-and-white striped chairs. It is available for private events. The outdoor vine-covered patio, secluded from the buzz of Main Street and accessible from a cozy private lane, is perfect for an unforgettable family lunch or a romantic summer dinner here. In the fall of 2016, Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach opened its doors to a new community, bringing a touch of old-world Milan—via contemporary Manhattan—to sunny Florida.

In addition to the fine dining experience in the main dining rooms, guests enjoy casual seating at the bar, with cocktail and café tables, a signature coffee bar and gelateria. The menu, includes Sant Ambroeus signature dishes such as Vitello Tonnato, Caprese, Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, Risotti and Cotoletta alla Milanese, alongside new dishes inspired by the sea and the fresh ingredients of Florida.

Sant Ambroeus Palm Beach design is inspired by the Gran Caffé’s of the 1950's in Italy, a mix of clean modern lines with a warm traditional atmosphere using rich materials such as mahogany and Italian stone. The restaurant is also available for large parties for up to 50 guests in the main dining room as well as for full restaurant buyouts.

Situated in the Hanley building, a collection of luxury residences on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, Sant Ambroeus Coffee Bar features an assortment of coffee drinks and grab-and-go Milanese fare, in addition to lunch and cocktail options.

The coffee bar also serves Sant Ambroeus’ celebrated desserts, including Gianduia, a hazelnut sponge cake and the Tiramisù.

Designed by Bonetti / Kozerski Architecture, the coffee bar features elements inspired by the original Sant Ambroeus restaurant on Madison Avenue, including silver travertine floors and walnut paneled walls. This is paired with walls cladded in fluted custom tiles of Marmo Rosso di Verona, crafted in Italy and installed by Italian artisans.
