Sant Ambroeus Paris brings the spirit of Milan to the heart of the 8th arrondissement. Designed by Fabrizio Casiraghi, the restaurant blends timeless Italian elegance with Parisian sophistication - warm woods, soft tones, and signature Sant Ambroeus marble. The all-day dining experience features Chef Iacopo Falai’s refined Milanese cuisine alongside French seasonal ingredients, a pasticceria counter serving classic dolci and espresso, and a lively bar offering Italian aperitivi and cocktails. Opening December 2025 on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.

Sant Ambroeus Restaurant in Aspen
Our Aspen compound combines Alpine warmth with Milanese style. Designed by Giampiero Tagliaferri Studio, the Restaurant occupies a historic 1889 building with vintage Italian touches and a central fireplace. Next door, Il Baretto’s cozy wooden cabin features a stone hearth and opens to an outdoor terrace. Il Baretto offers inventive cocktails blending Italian spirits with American mixology, paired with bar snacks. Chef Iacopo Falai’s menu highlights Milanese-inspired dishes made with fresh Rocky Mountain ingredients, plus a raw bar.
