Sant Ambroeus French Toast

Sant Ambroeus French Toast recipe.


  • 2 slices of Sant Ambroeus Panettone
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ​1/4 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • Maple Syrup


In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, sugar and vanilla Whisk together cinnamon mixture, eggs, heavy cream, and vanilla and pour into a shallow container such as a pie plate.

Dip the slices of Panettone in the egg mixture.
Melt butter over medium heat in a medium sized pan.
Fry slices until golden brown, then flip to cook the other side. Serve with maple syrup.
