Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, for items that are received in defective or damaged condition, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement for your damaged items.
Items that are received in regular, satisfactory condition are not eligible for return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and it will be indicated on the product information page.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Cake Collection & Cancellation Policy
All pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Orders not collected on the scheduled pickup date will be forfeited, and we are unable to issue refunds for uncollected items. Please note that any uncollected orders will be discarded at the end of the day.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation
Cancellation of orders may be possible, in our sole discretion, provided, however, that your order has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service department at: fulfillment@santambroeus.com.
The risk of loss for any product(s) purchased on this Website passes to you upon our delivery of the purchased product(s) to the carrier/freight forwarded/courier.
